The World Health Organisation recommends acupuncture for over 100 conditions

Acute conditions : 3-6 treatments

With acute conditions we aim to do a minimum of one treatment a week for three weeks and then reassess progress (if we need that many). Then adjust accordingly moving forward.

Chronic conditions: 6 – 8 treatments

Due to the nature of chronic conditions which can not be cured it is advantageous to do consistent weekly treatments for the first few weeks and then taper treatments down over longer periods of time to keep your condition managed.

The goal is always to treat a lot in the beginning to get it managed or completely fix the issue so you are not consistently coming in.

Monday to Thursday – 10am-7pm, Friday – 10am-4pm
